Welcome to Domaine Agassis. Our passion for viticulture led us to take over the family vineyards located on the slopes of Bavois, south of the Orbe plain. We cultivate 8,000 m² of vineyards situated below the Castle of Bavois. These clay soils on a molasse subsoil, facing south / south-west, give our wines their terroir and distinctive character. Trained in low Guyot system with nearly 7,000 vines per hectare, our vineyards are not overcropped and produce high-quality grapes. The result is rich, flavourful and fruit-forward wines that will delight your palate.
