The origins of Domaine Barichet remain mysterious. Once owned by a bourgeois family from Blonay, the estate was passed on to a new lineage after the fire of 1904. An 18th-century cellar bears witness to its heritage, set in the heart of the preserved vineyards of the Lavaux Appellation.
